The best fish farmers and technologists of the Astrakhan region breed unique sturgeon species at our farm.

The farm is located in the Astrakhan region, in the Volga delta, on the left bank of the Bushma River. Caspian Caviar House has its own high-tech production, which allows us to create a first-class product and maintain quality control at every stage.

Excursions

Our farm offers hour-long tours during which employees give a fascinating and detailed account of the enterprise's operations. Guests are shown the cages and tanks where caviar is maturing alongside future fry. The highlight of the tour is the release of grown juvenile fish into the sea. Since Caspian Caviar House began operating, approximately 45 million fry have been released into the waters of the Caspian Sea.

The Volga gateway is closed to free access. However, the farm can be visited with special permission from the farm, which is processed within a few days.

Environmentally-friendly breeding

Sturgeon are raised in strict accordance with environmental standards. We do not use antibiotics and feed the fish exclusively with natural food — small fish familiar to sturgeon in their natural habitat.
